Scope:
Through months of discovery, research and stakeholder interviews, I led the Education team towards a clear future of how to scale and reach its employees. Through science backed approaches and by designing the Education team to align with the VaynerMedia business and brand, the Education team is poised to scale and make an even greater impact in the lives of every leader and every employee at the company.
The final deliverable was the “Education Blueprint” which paved the way in a 10 step process for the team to scale with a human centered strategy leading the way.
Solved for:
I lead the charge on revamping the Education departments vision, mission and approach in 2022-2023. We co-created an approach that works for the larger company values and also meets the needs of the employees. In addition to this, the Education Blueprint offers 10 clear steps to create community, communication patterns and predictably put out impactful training and workshops.
