A significant part of my time at Parsley Health from 2016-2021 was focused on clinical care and eventually starting the function of Clinical Learning & Development. During my time running Learning & Development, I built a team of empathetic, creative and solution oriented people to operationalize a Clinical Fellowship, Learning & Development Days and dozens of intentional touch points for employees throughout their tenure at Parsley Health.
Solved for:
Parsley Health was growing at a rapid rate and in order to train doctors and health coaches in an efficient and high quality way, I created and operationalized a 12 week Clinical Fellowship for Clinicians and Health Coaches during the first 3 months of their onboarding. The Clinical Fellowship was data driven, experiential and brimming with micro-learnings which made for a world class user experience.
